Like-new starts with clean-as-new

Returning engines to a like-new condition starts with the proper cleaning process.  We use over 20 part-specific cleaning processes to return parts to a clean-as-new condition.

This cleaning is critical to an engine’s quality. For example: Heat transfer is critical to engine life. Estimates indicate that transferring heat through 1/8" of scale can be the same as transferring heat through nearly 4" of cast iron. This can be vital to functionality of blocks and heads. We remove residue such as scale through our cleaning processes, returning all parts to clean-as-new condition.

A study done at MIT found that 85% of the energy expended in the manufacture of the original product was preserved in the remanufactured product.
